Cancellation Policy

A 25% deposit is required when booking an appointment online. This 25% serves as a security deposit and will be added to your bill once you’ve received your service. Should you not be able to make your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. No Shows will not be refunded security deposits as a result of the inconvenience caused. Appointments will be canceled if you are 15 minutes late out of respect to the following customer. Should any of our professionals be late more than 15 minutes, an apologetic 25% discount will be given to you, our valued customer.
