Should you not be able to make your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or Rescheduling less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment will result in an inconvenience fee of 25% of appointment total added to next visit. No Shows will be feed 25% of their appointment total as a result of the inconvenience caused. Appointments will be canceled if you are 15 minutes late out of respect to the following customer. Should any of our professionals be late more than 15 minutes, an apologetic 25% discount will be given to you, our valued customer.If something went wrong with your service, please let us know within the first three days after your service. We would be happy to correct the issue complimentary. We do not give cash refunds. However, we do allow exchanges on products and services.
